Nordic Climate Group, a leading provider of technical installation services for cooling and heating systems, acquired Climanova, a well-established company specialising in technical solutions for cooling, climate control, and heating.
Nordic Climate Group is a leading player in cooling, heating, and energy-efficient installations. Founded in 2021, the Group includes over 100 companies with more than 2,000 employees across Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and the Netherlands. Ownership is shared between entrepreneurs, employees and Altor Fund V.
Founded in 1987, Climanova has approximately 45 employees. The company holds a strong position in the industrial and agricultural segments. The company is known for its practical, hands-on approach and tailored technical solutions for demanding clients in industry, utilities, and agriculture.
With this addition, the group significantly expands its presence in Southwest Netherlands and Flanders, reinforcing its position as a leading provider of sustainable climate and refrigeration solutions in Northwestern Europe.
