Clairfield advises CEIMIC on the selling to Phenna Group
CEIMIC, one of the leading TIC companies in Latin America, was sold to Phenna Group, a leading global provider of TIC services.
Founded in 2017 by entrepreneurs with previous experience in the sector, CEIMIC now has one of the main laboratory networks in the Americas, spanning over 10 countries. The Company develops methodologies and performs analysis to minimise the risk of negative impacts on health and the environment, ensuring that products and services meet their required standards.
Phenna Group is a leading global player in the TIC sector. Headquartered in Nottingham, UK, the group was formed in 2018 with the objective of investing and associating with leading local player in the TIC sector. Since 2022 the Group is part of Oakly Capital.
The transaction marks the fifteenth investment by Phenna Group in 2023 and its first investment in Latin America.
