Clairfield advises Kwalitaria on the sale to Antea Participaties
Kwalitaria, a leading Dutch quick service snackbar chain was acquired by the Dutch private equity firm Antea Participaties.
Kwalitaria is the largest snackbar franchise chain in the Netherlands with a strong online presence and 134 locations.
Founder and management participated together with Antea Participaties. They will stay on board to further accelerate the anticipated growth path.
Kwalitaria aims to open 20 new branches per year in the coming years with an annual sales growth of 20%.
