Orange Group is a leading provider of telecommunication services across Europe, MENA, Africa, and South America. The Group also has a significant footprint in IT services.
Thanks to the acquisition of Bluesoft, Orange will continue its strategy to refocus on value-added IT services dedicated to large blue-chip clients. Since 2018 Bluesoft is also the owner of a majority stake in Essembli, a Polish leader in the implementation and maintenance of specialized Oracle solutions for large energy groups with the largest Oracle Customer Care and Billing team of experts in Poland.
Clairfield International acted as financial advisor to Orange Polska. This acquisition marks the third Clairfield advisory deal for Orange in Poland. Previously Clairfield advised Orange on the sales of Marketplanet and PayTel.
