Clairfield advises Springest B.V. on the sale to Studytube B.V.
Springest B.V. was sold to Studytube, a fast-growing Dutch online learning platform backed by private equity firm Verdane.
Founded in 2008, Springest is an independent comparison website for trainings and courses. L&D providers can place their products on Springest’s website, which is used by clients in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, the UK and Sweden. Through their Springest Go service, Springest offers a tailor-made learning platform to large, international B2B clients.
Studytube is an all-in-one online learning platform that facilitates learning and education programs for medium and large-sized enterprises. Through the acquisition of Springest, Studytube adds several large B2B clients to its portfolio, such as T-Mobile, Vattenfall, Aegon, NS, Eneco en STORK.
Clairfield acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of Springest.
