Clairfield advises Frigo‘s‐Heerenberg on the sale to Lineage Logistics
Frigo ‘s-Heerenberg, a Dutch cold store company providing temperature-controlled storage of food products, was sold to PE backed Lineage Logistics.
Frigo ‘s-Heerenberg is a second-generation family-owned company, that operates a coldstore warehouse with a capacity of 36,000 pallets, strategically located on the Dutch-German border. Lineage Logistics is the world’s largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions, managing some 2 billion cubic feet of capacity across over 300 facilities in 11 countries. Backed by PE company Bay Grove, Lineage realized over 40 acquisitions with Frigo ‘s-Heerenberg as the most recent addition to its European footprint.
Clairfield acted as lead advisor to the shareholders of Frigo ‘s-Heerenberg in the transaction.
