Nordic Climate Group, a leading provider of technical installation services for cooling and heating systems, acquired Huijbregts Koeltechniek, a well-established provider of advanced refrigeration and climate solutions.
Nordic Climate Group is a leading player in cooling, heating, and energy-efficient installations. Founded in 2021, the Group operates at more than 100 local sites with more than 2,000 employees across Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Belgium, and the Netherlands, with a total turnover of approximately EUR 450 million. Ownership is shared between entrepreneurs, employees, and Altor Fund V.
Huijbregts Koeltechniek provides advanced refrigeration and climate solutions across the southern part of the Netherlands and parts of Belgium, with a strong emphasis on natural refrigerants. The company works primarily with natural refrigerants through CO2-based installations and benefits from a significant share of recurring service revenues. The company employs around 20 people.
Headquartered in Breda, Huijbregts Koeltechniek strengthens NCG’s presence in the southern region of the Netherlands. The acquisition is part of Nordic Climate Group’s strategy to bring together strong local companies with a shared focus on energy efficiency and sustainable climate solutions.
