Prelum, a leading Dutch provider of digital continuing medical education for healthcare professionals, was sold to Noordhoff Zorg, a subsidiary of Infinitas Learning.
The strategic combination will further advance professional learning in healthcare. The transaction constitutes a successful exit for the private equity house Antea.
Prelum helps healthcare professionals stay current and earn required CME credits through evidence-based, practice-oriented content, interactive e-learnings and organised (training)events.
Infinitas Learning is one of Europe’s leading providers of innovative learning solutions. Its subsidiary, Noordhoff Zorg, is an expert in digital training and continuing education for nurses and care workers, offering advanced learning platforms for healthcare institutions across the Netherlands. By teaming up with Prelum, Noordhoff Zorg significantly broadens its market position.
